Photography for me is not just a job or a hobby. It is a creative outlet that consumes the majority of my waking hours. The moment a person or scene catches my eye, I'm inspired. My imagination becomes preoccupied with making a photo: which camera, lens, angle, film, aperture, lighting, etc. Sharp, centered, technically sound photos are usually what sell. Society feels comfortable with conventionalism.

For me, however, it's not about making a crisp image. The beauty of photography as an art is that a mood can be conveyed using variables such as grain, blur, close-ups, different films, and processing techniques. When I am taking a picture, it is not necessarily about the subject, rather, how I feel about the subject. I am based in Naples and available for travel.
